After a lot of immigrants here in Paraguay can be built rather her dream house instead of buying a ready, we want to come a little bit more on this subject. If you build beyond a town / village, you need neither an architect's plan, nor a building permission. In the town area it looks a little bit different already, there you also need in Paraguay a building permission. However, it goes through as a rule without any restriction. However, in addition an admitted architect must submit the architect's plan, the approval is ordinarily given very fast.
Now we would like to introduce " our architect " to you. A young, dynamic man who has a very good call in Paraguay and with which we cooperate long since without every problems. In addition, he also remains with foreigners with his building costs absolutely on the ground (what is not the case with many of his colleagues, unfortunately). The style of his houses is always something special and would not be almost to be paid in Europe.
